Made Right Here Campaign Kicks Off

Dept of Industry, Science and Resources

The Albanese Government is building a future where Australian made products are the number one choice for Australian consumers.

That's why one of our major policy commitments at the 2025 election was a $20 million nationwide campaign to raise awareness of Australian made products and encourage customers around the country to buy Australian.

The Made Right Here campaign kicks off today with a launch at Capral Aluminium in Smithfield, NSW.

Our grant to the Australian Made Campaign is supporting a major "buy local" push in stores, online and across media.

The Australian Made logo, with its instantly recognisable green and gold kangaroo, makes it easier for discerning shoppers to buy Australian made products.

Currently, around 4,500 businesses are licensed to carry the Australian Made logo, with sales supporting thousands of jobs across the manufacturing sector.

This is the Albanese Labor Government delivering on its election promise and backing Australian made businesses, products and their workers.
