Around 1:15am this morning (29 May 2018), a 30 year old man who police were seeking was located at a residence in Canning Vale and taken into custody. It is alleged he was in possession of a shotgun and ammunition
As a result of an extensive investigation by Armadale Detectives, the man has been charged in relation to incidents between April and May 2018 across the suburbs of Ballajura, Gosnells, Mount Nasura, Kelmscott and Canning Vale. He is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court today, 29 May 2018, WA Police say.
The charges are:
•Two counts of Aggravated Armed Robbery;
•One count each of Aggravated Robbery;
•Going Armed to Cause Fear;
•Acts Intending to Cause Grievous Bodily Harm;
•Threats to Kill;
•Aggravated Possess Firearm;
•Unlicensed Person Possess Ammunition;
•Discharge Firearm to Cause Fear;
•Attempt to Unlawfully Kill;
•Deprivation of Liberty;
•Deprivation of Liberty: and
•Breach of Bail
