Police have arrested a 69-year-old man following an alleged homicide in Mulgrave last night, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services received reports of a shooting at a Vincent Street address about 10pm.
A 30-year-old Mulgrave man received gunshot wounds and was declared deceased at the scene.
The Mulgrave man was arrested at the scene and is currently assisting Homicide Squad detectives with their enquiries.
Both parties are known to each other.
