Dandenong Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives have charged a man following two sexual assaults in April 2017, Victoria Police say.
The 40-year-old man from Mulgrave has been charged with five counts of sexual assault of a person with cognitive impairment or mental impairment.
The charges relate to two incidents on 26 April at an office on Treloar Lane, Pakenham.
He will appear Dandenong Magistrates' Court on 15 June.
