Police have charged a 25-year-old Glenorchy man with the arson of a Tolosa Street house on 31 May 2017, Tasmania Police say.
The Glenorchy property was significantly damaged.
The man will appear at the Hobart Magistrates Court at a later date.
Arson can have a devastating effect on the community and people are reminded to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour to Tasmania Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
