A man has died and a woman has been taken to hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Yambulla, near the Victorian border, NSW Police say.
About 11.30am (Sunday 3 June 2018), a Mazda Tribute was traveling north on the Princes Highway at Yambulla, when it left the roadway, struck a ditch and rolled.
The driver, a 79-year-old man, died at the scene.
His passenger, a 76-year-old woman, was taken to South East Regional Hospital suffering shock.
Officers from South Coast Police District established a crime scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
