Man dies after truck crash near Dubbo, NSW

One man has died and two others injured after a heavy vehicle rolled, north of Dubbo this morning, NSW Police say.

About 10.40am (Saturday 26 May 2018) a heavy vehicle, carrying a load of horses, was travelling on Mogriguy Road near the intersection of McAnallays Road at Brocklehurst.

The truck has left the road and rolled into a culvert.

One of three men travelling in the truck has died. A man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was airlifted from the scene with suspected head and chest injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital for further medical checks.

Police are working other Government departments regarding the horses.
