Man dies following Wildwood crash

A man has died following a two-car collision at Wildwood near Sunbury last night, Victoria Police say.

The collision happened when the driver of a Mitsubishi Triton utility drove out of a driveway on Feehans Road and collided with an east-bound Toyota Land Cruiser utility just before 6.30pm.

As a result of the impact the Toyota utility skidded onto the grass verge and rolled, killing the driver, a 38-year-old Wildwood man.

The driver of the Mitsubishi utility, an 18-year-old Brunswick man and his 18-year-old passenger were not injured in the crash and are assisting police with their enquiries.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
