Man dies in hospital after Caulfield collision

Police are investigating following a fatal collision in Caulfield last week.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Kooyong and Glen Huntly roads to reports of a collision involving a car and man on a mobility wheelchair about 9.25am on Sunday, 17 April.

An 87-year-old Caulfield South man was taken to hospital with serious injuries and has sadly since died.

The driver of the car, a 23-year-old Kalkallo man, stopped at the scene and is assisting investigators with their enquiries.
