Man injured after stabbing - Oran Park

A man's been injured after he was stabbed in Sydney's south-west early this morning.

Officers from Camden Police Area Command were called to Kingsley Street, Oran Park, about 12.25am (Monday 31 May 2021) to reports of a stabbing and arrived to find a man, aged 52, suffering a wound to his stomach and abrasions to his head and eye area.

He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics then taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Two crime scenes have now been established as detectives commence an investigation into the incident, with early indications suggesting the attack may be targeted.
