Man injured following shooting in South Granville

Police are appealing for information following a shooting in South Granville today, NSW Police say.

Just after 1.20pm today, emergency services were called to Steel Street following reports of a man injured.

The man was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics for gunshot wounds, before being taken to hospital. His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

Police have received no further reports of injury.

Officers from Rosehill Local Area Command attended and have established a crime scene.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for anyone with information on the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
