A man reported missing from the Blue Mountains area has been located safe and well.
The 47-year-old man was last seen leaving a property in Katoomba, about 5pm yesterday (Tuesday 29 November 2022).
When he failed to return home and could not be contacted, officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following a public appeal for assistance, the man was found safe and well at Homebush about 9.30am this morning (Wednesday 30 November 2022).
Police wish to thank the community and the media for their assistance.
