Man to face court over dishonest dealing with document charges, SA

Detectives from SA Police Major Fraud Investigation Section today arrested a 44-year-old man from Ferryden Park with 32 counts of dishonest dealing with documents, according to SA Police.

Police will allege that the man, a self-employed builder, submitted false building indemnity insurance certificates to clients and local councils for building approvals. The man also allegedly falsified invoices for the payment of building goods and services.

The offences occurred between 2015 and 2018.

The man was granted bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 1 of August.
