Man, Woman Charged in Quakers Hill Shooting

A man and a woman have been charged as part of investigations into a series of public place shootings in Sydney's west.

Strike Force Dawlin was established to investigate the assault of a 27-year-old man – where a firearm was discharged – on Milburn Street, Quakers Hills, about 8pm on Monday 10 November 2025. Inquiries established two males arrived and left the location in a sedan.

It will be alleged that the sedan was a Honda Accord which had been stolen from outside a home on Krestrel Street, Hinchinbrook, on Monday 27 October 2025.

That same vehicle was destroyed by fire on Tuesday 11 November 2025 on along Littleboy Street, Kings Langley.

Following inquiries, a search warrant was executed at a home on Polding Street, Fairfield West, about 6am yesterday (Wednesday 3 December 2025), where a 22-year-old woman was arrested.

Police will allege when a vehicle belonging to the woman was searched, number plates, face coverings and 100 rounds of ammunition were located.

A short time later a second search warrant was executed at a home on Talbingo Place, Heckenberg, where a 19-year-old man was arrested.

At the time of the arrest the man was allegedly located in possession of a firearm.

Police will allege that the man stole the Honda and subsequently destroyed it by fire.

Both the man and woman were taken to Liverpool Police Station and have been charged.

The woman was charged with eight offences,

• Participate criminal group contribute criminal activity

• Knowingly deal with proceeds of crime

• Possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority

• Possess means of disguising face with intent commit indictable offence

• Damage property by fire/explosion

• Driver not disclose identity of driver/passenger as required, and

• Goods suspected stolen in/on premises (two counts).

The man has been charged with six offences,

• Be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner

• Damage property by fire/explosion

• Participate criminal group contribute criminal activity

• Dispose mother vehicle part-theft - serious indictable offence

• Goods in personal custody suspected being stolen, and

• Possess unauthorised prohibited firearm.

They were refused bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court yesterday (Wednesday 3 December 2025), where they have been remanded in custody.

The man is due to return to the same court on Wednesday 17 December 2025.

The woman will appear on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at Campbelltown Local Court.

Investigations are ongoing.
