Inner West Mayor Darcy Byrne
Inner West Mayor Darcy Byrne has today written to both the NRL and the NSW Government calling on them to resolve the Wests Tigers' boardroom chaos.
Both letters are being released publicly and are attached to this release.
Mayor Byrne is calling for the NSW Government to appoint an administrator to oversee the Holman Barnes Group and the NRL to intervene and appoint independent directors to the Wests Tigers board.
Mayor Byrne has convened a rally to save Wests Tigers to take place at 10.30am on Saturday 13 December at Pratten Park, Ashfield where fans will demand that the board of the Holman Barnes Group resign.
