Calling all Byron Shire community groups, schools and P&Cs and not-for-profit organisations.
Applications for the 2026/27 Byron Shire Mayoral Fund are now open, offering a total funding pool of $3,500 for community projects and initiatives.
"Last year's Mayoral Fund helped nine local organisations turn ideas into action and deliver benefits across the Shire," Byron Shire Mayor, Sarah Ndiaye said.

"This fund is about investing in the passion and commitment of our community groups and supporting projects that create a positive local impact," the Mayor said.
