Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Michael Douglas McCallum.
The 39-year-old is wanted in relation to property damage offences and breaching court orders.
He is described as 175cm tall, medium build, fair complexion and has an animal tattoo on his left ankle.
He is known to frequent the Geelong, Newcomb, Breakwater, Belmont and Leopold areas.
Investigators have released an image of McCallum in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
