Midland Detectives are currently investigating an incident that occurred around 12:40pm today, Tuesday 10 January 2017.
A 19 year old man was outside a home in Ferguson Street Midvale when he received a gunshot wound to his leg. He was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment by St. John Ambulance, WA Police say.
Detectives are looking for a red coloured late model Holden Monaro (photo attached) that was seen in the vicinity.
Members of the public who see the vehicle are advised not to approach the occupants but contact Police immediately on 131 444.
Anyone with any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers.
