Mill Park Leisure to make a splash

The newly redeveloped Mill Park Leisure has been transformed into a state-of-the-art aquatic, recreation and wellbeing hub, equipped with everything you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

The inclusive new space has four pools, a fully equipped 24-hour gym, a first-class learn to swim program, spa and sauna facilities and an incredible outdoor play and exercise area.

Over 600 memberships and over 500 learn to swim enrolments have already been snapped up by long-time members who are 'coming home' and new members joining the Mill Park Leisure community.

Administrator Peita Duncan said the design of the modern new centre focused on accessibility and inclusivity.

"It's terrific to see that this facility will be one of the most accessible aquatic facilities in Melbourne's north," Ms Duncan said.

"The pool pods, accessible hoist and Changing Places facilities will ensure that Mill Park Leisure can be enjoyed by people of all abilities for many years to come."

The opening of Mill Park Leisure couldn't have come at a better time for local resident and mum-of-three, Anna Paras.

"With my two oldest boys now off at school, I'm really looking forward to spending some time back in the gym," Ms Paras said.

"It's great to have a leisure centre nearby that has group fitness classes, new cardio equipment and access to all the pools as well."
