Minister Ng will also participate in a roundtable discussion with Canadian mining industry CEOs to discuss opportunities for Canada in the critical minerals sector.

To close out the day, Minister Ng will attend a Canada Day Reception, hosted by Invest in Canada, to promote the country as an excellent place to invest and do business, so that the Canadian mining sector remains a source of good middle-class jobs, prosperity, and opportunity for Canadians.

On Tuesday, at the 21st Annual African Mining Breakfast, Minister Ng will highlight Canada's position as an important trading and investment partner with the diverse and dynamic countries of Africa.
