Council have been notified that Plan SA have commenced consultation on the Miscellaneous Technical Enhancement Code Amendment.
This Code Amendment proposes a series of technical amendments which aim to enhance the general performance and operation of the Planning and Design Code (the Code).
Specifically, the Code Amendment is focused on:
- technical matters
- policy clarity and interpretation
- consistency with drafting principals
- system efficiency and procedural matters.
