Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Carol Ann Smith.
The 66-year-old was last seen at a Port Melbourne address at 2pm yesterday (5 November).
It is believed Carol went for a walk but she did not return to the property.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has epilepsy and requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Carol in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Carol is described as 151cm tall, thin build with shoulder-length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a purple and white jumper with a leaf on the chest, blue tracksuit pants and a lime green vest.
Carol is known to frequent the St Kilda area and Windsor areas.
