Missing boy Alli Hothnyang 18 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cheltenham boy Alli Hothnyang.

The 13-year-old was last seen in Cheltenham on Monday, 14 September.

Police have concerns for Alli's welfare due to his age.

Alli was last seen wearing a white hoodie and black tracksuit pants.

He is known to travel on the public transport system, and he frequents the Frankston area.

Investigators have released a photo of Alli in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
