Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old girl Evie.
Evie was last seen in Camberwell about 2.30am on Saturday, 21 May.
She is known to frequent Melbourne CBD, Broadmeadows and Tullamarine.
Police and family have concerns for Evie's welfare due to her age and medical condition.
Evie is about 165cm tall with long dark hair, often worn in a top knot.
She was last seen wearing a black Nike puffer jacket with a red lined hood and tracksuit pants.
Police have released an image of Evie and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Camberwell Police Station on (03) 9882 0688.
