Missing hikers Trevor Salvado and Jacinta Bohan located safe and well

Missing hikers Trevor Salvado and Jacinta Bohan have been located safe and well at Buffalo River today.

The pair were located by a kayaker about 1110am near Buffalo River Road.

The 60-year-old man and 58-year-old woman were last seen by friends at a Cherry Lane caravan park in Bright on 8 March.

The pair were expected to return from a bushwalk at Reservoir Track on Mount Buffalo about 12.30pm on March 8 but did not return.

Their car was located near Reservoir Track on Mount Buffalo on Saturday (9 March).

They will both be taken to hospital for observation.
