Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Edward Matthews.
The 44-year-old was last seen in Mount Waverley on 29 September.
He is described as 170cm tall with a medium build, blue eyes and short brown hair with a beard.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Edward is known to frequent the Wantirna South and Vermont South areas.
Investigators have released an image of Edward in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Edward is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
