Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man John Caracoglia.
The 88-year-old was last seen in Berwick and may be driving his burgundy/red Nissan Maxima with registration QDH 562.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of John and a car similar to his in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about John is urged to contact Narre Warren Police Station on 9705 3111.
