Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ballarat man Jordan Powell.
The 29-year-old was last seen yesterday about 2pm at a cared facility on Sturt Street.
Police and family have concerns for Jordan's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Jordan is known to frequent Ballarat and Geelong train stations and the soup bus in Ballarat.
Jordan is described as 176cm tall about 75kg with dark blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing blue denim shorts, a grey tank top, a pale green long sleeve jumper and black Converse shoes.
Investigators have released an image of Jordan in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jordan is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 53 366 000.
