Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren South man Kah.
The 52-year-old was last seen in Narre Warren South about 3pm on 16 April.
Police and family have concerns for Kah's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires regular treatment.
He is known to frequent Narre Warren South, Hallam and Dandenong and travels on public transport.
Police have released an image of Kah in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Kah or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Narre Warren Police Station on 03 9705 3111.
