Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 52-year-old man Quoc Huynh.
Quoc was last seen at a Sutton Street residence in North Melbourne about 9am on Thursday 29 August.
He left his car and mobile phone at the address and has not been in touch with his family since.
Police and family have concerns for Quoc's welfare as it is out of character.
Quoc is Vietnamese and does not speak English and is 165cm tall with a thin build.
He was last seen wearing a black puffy Kathmandu jacket, beige jumper, black trousers and loafers.
Investigators have released a photo of Quoc in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
