Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melbourne man Jose.
The 54-year-old was last seen at an address on Latrobe Street on Sunday, 2 January.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Jose is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall with a thin build and a goatee beard.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and Dandenong areas.
Police have released an image of Jose in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
