Missing Persons Week 2016: Missing Person Ian Gray, NSW

Police from Deniliquin Local Area Command are appealing for assistance, as part of Missing Persons Week, to locate a man missing since September last year from the state’s Riverina Region, NSW Police say.

Ian Gray, now aged 67, was last seen leaving his home on Bunnaloo Road, Mathoura, on Friday 11 September 2015.

He left the property in his vehicle – a white Holden Rodeo 4WD – that has a cage on the back, bearing registration AG4 6AJ.

Mr Gray had told his son he was going for a drive and did not take his mobile phone or wallet with him.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Investigators and family members hold grave concerns for Mr Gray’s welfare, due to a medical condition, and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him, or his vehicle, to come forward.

Police inquiries have revealed Mr Gray has not accessed his bank accounts since his disappearance, and had left all other personal documentation and identification at his home.

While there have been unconfirmed sighting of Mr Gray’s vehicle in the region in recent months, police investigations, to date, have failed to locate him.

Mr Gray is described as being of Caucasian appearance, tall, of a medium build, with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue jumper and jeans.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Ian Gray is urged to call Crime Stopers.
