Police are appealing for public assistance to help find missing Delacombe teenager Amy Talbot.
The 14-year-old was last seen at her home address in Panorama Drive about 10am on Sunday 30 August.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Amy in the hope someone recognises her and is able to provide information on her whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to call Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6126.
