Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Langwarrin teenager Charlotte.
The 14-year-old was last seen in Clayton last night about 7.50pm.
Police and family have concerns for Charlotte due to her age and medical condition.
Charlotte is Caucasian in appearance with long blonde hair, 156cm tall and a thin build and fair complexion.
She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper and grey track suit pants.
Police have released an image of Charlotte and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Oakleigh Police Station on (03) 9567 8900.
