Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Chiara Culliver, Victoria Police say.
Chiara was last seen about 2am on 6 August in Werribee.
Police concerns for her welfare due to due to her age.
Investigators have released an image of Chiara in the hope that someone may recognise her.
Chiara is approximately 165 cm tall, has brown hair and a medium build.
It is not known what she was last wearing.
Chiara is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Wyndham and Shepparton areas.
Anyone who sees Chiara is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
