Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Dylan Griffith.
The 15-year-old was last seen at his Dennis Street home in Croydon about 6.30pm on 12 September.
Police and family have concerns for Dylan's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Dylan is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD area.
Investigators have released an image of Dylan in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Dylan is urged to contact Croydon Police Station on 9724 0100.
