Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 15-year-old Gurrenah Foley, Victoria Police say.
The Heidelberg West teen was last seen leaving an address on North Crescent walking towards the Olympic Village Green.
Police and family members hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and he has a medical condition.
Gurrenah is Aboriginal in appearance; about 175cm tall with messy brown hair, brown eyes, is unshaven, and walks with a limp.
He was last seen wearing a school uniform and school jacket/raincoat, a black baseball cap and dark blue Nike Air Max runners.
Gurrenah is known to frequent Northland Shopping Centre, as well as the Dandenong and Coolaroo areas.
Investigators have released images of Gurrenah in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
