Missing teen Jerimie

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jerimie.

The 14-year-old boy was last seen at his Armstrong Creek home about 8.30am on Friday 25 February.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition that requires medication.

Jerimie is known to frequent the Waurn Ponds, North Geelong and Northshore areas.

Investigators have released an image of Jerimie in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.

Jerimie is described 150cm, with a thin build, short brown hair and was wearing a black puffer jacket, white t-shirt, black track pants and black and grey runners.

Anyone with information about Jerimie is asked to contact the Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
