Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Yea girl Jessica.
The 16-year-old was last seen in a medical facility in Box Hill on Tuesday, 19 April around 10pm.
Police and family have concerns for Jessica due to a medical condition.
Jessica is Caucasian in appearance, 170cm tall with shoulder length auburn hair and a tanned complexion.
Police have released an image of Jessica and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Box Hill Police Station on (03) 8892 3200.
