Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton West teenager Kiana Smith.
The 14-year-old was last seen at her school in Kurunjang about 2.30pm on 15 November.
Police and family have concerns for Kiana's welfare due to her age.
Investigators have released an image of Kiana in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Kiana is described as 153cm tall with long burgundy/red hair, brown eyes and an olive complexion.
She has a lip piercing in the middle of her lower lip and was last seen wearing white shoes, black torn jeans and a blue school jumper.
Anyone who sees Kiana is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
