Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Belmont teenager Tianah Booth.
The 13-year-old was last seen at her home address on Picket Crescent about 4.30pm on Friday 26 June.
Police and family hold concerns for Tianah welfare due to her age.
Tianah was last seen wearing a blue top, black leggings and white runners.
An image of Tianah has been released in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Tianah or has information on her current whereabouts is urged to call Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
