Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Werribee South teen, Tylah Malachowski.
The 14-year-old was last seen at Hoppers Crossing Railway Station at 10am on 16 October.
Police and family hold concern for Tylah's welfare due to his age and the time he has been missing.
Tylah is described as Caucasian in appearance,152cm tall, olive complexion, skinny build with short dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Werribee South, Geelong and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Tylah in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
