Police are seeking public assistance to locate a missing 15-year-old boy from Nambour.
He was last seen around 7.30pm last night (November 1) on Spring Myrtle Avenue wearing UNO patterned pyjamas.
The boy is described as Caucasian, slim build with dark hair and eyes.
Family and police are concerned for his welfare due to his young age and he has a medical condition.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to urgently contact police.
