Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Emma Pattinson.
Emma was last seen in Vivien Street, Bentleigh East about 9.30am on 16 September.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
She was last seen wearing a white top, maroon skirt and black runners.
Emma is known to frequent Southland Shopping Centre and surrounding suburbs.
Police have also released an image of Emma in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Emma is asked to contact Moorabbin Police Station on 9556 6565.
