Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Indianna Saunders.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Cranbourne East about 3pm after school.
She is described as 180cm tall, medium build with long light brown hair and was wearing her school uniform.
Indianna has an intellectual disability and can sometimes forget her way home.
Investigators have released an image of Indianna in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Indianna is urged to call Carrum Downs Police Station on 8770 4100.
