Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wendouree man Codie Carter.
The 25-year-old was last seen at an address on Hugh Street on 13 September about 8.35pm yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for Codie's welfare as his behaviour is out of character.
He is described as approximately 180cm tall, of medium build with long brown shoulder-length hair.
Investigators have released an image of Codie in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who has seen Codie or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
