Landholders and river users, including pumpers, on the Mitta Mitta River are advised to take into account the forecast releases of water from Dartmouth Dam and make any necessary adjustment to their river activities.
This week releases from Dartmouth Dam remained around 200 ML/day, as no transfers are currently required from Dartmouth Dam to Hume Dam.
Looking ahead to the Easter long weekend a small increase in releases from Dartmouth Dam is forecast to target around 500 ML/day.
After Easter releases will return to around 200 ML/day for the remainder of the month.
