Molong Footpath Renewal Project Set to Begin
Molong residents will soon see improvements along the footpath behind the town's pool, as Cabonne Council begins a renewal project aimed at enhancing pedestrian safety and accessibility.
The Council has allocated funding to replace the damaged asphalt path that runs alongside Molong Creek. The upgrade will feature new concrete sections, offering a more durable and visually appealing surface for walkers and cyclists.
A contract for the works has been awarded, with construction scheduled to commence later this week. Completion is expected by the end of December, weather permitting.
During the construction period, residents are urged to exercise caution around the site, particularly with vehicles entering and exiting the area.
Council appreciates the community's patience and cooperation as it works to improve local infrastructure.
