Police have charged a motorcyclist after he allegedly sped past their vehicle while drunk before conducting a burn-out at Slacks Creek on August 7.

Around 10.15pm, officers were patrolling northbound on the M1 at Loganholme in an unmarked police vehicle when a motorcyclist allegedly sped past their car at 163 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a 100km/h zone before erratically changing lanes.
