Police are investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcyclist in Campbellfield this morning.
It's understood the motorcyclist collided with a white Toyota Camry on Sydney Road, near the intersection of Ainslie Road, about 6.55am.
Emergency services responded and worked on the motorcyclist, a yet to formally identified man, but he sadly died at the scene.
The male driver of the Toyota was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Drivers are advised all northbound lanes are closed at Ainslie Road while police investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police are investigating whether speed was a factor in the collision.
